What is crystal reiki energy healing?
Crystal Reiki is a hybrid discipline, combining the benefits of both Reiki and Crystal Healing.
Reiki means ‘universal (life) energy’ and has become one of the most popular and successful forms of energy healing techniques in just under a century.
The advantage Reiki has over many other healing techniques is that the energy does not come from the healer, but is channeled through the healer from an endless universal store.

How Crystal Reiki Works?
Crystal Reiki works by combining the power of Reiki practice with the natural properties of crystals to direct and control the flow of energy.
Think of it as a ‘spiritual circuit board’, with the Reiki providing the energy, the crystals being the individual components and the net result being more than the pieces involved.
Drawing on Reiki provides access to a cosmic universal energy.
Using the Reiki power symbols, this energy can be modified slightly for power, balance, or deeper healing.

Crystal Reiki Healing in-Person
When you arrive for your session, You will be asked to sit and conduct a brief intake interview and assessment.
Before getting onto the session, you will remove your shoes and any metallic jewelry you may be wearing. Otherwise, you will remain fully clothed throughout the session. We recommend that you dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
During The Session
At the beginning of your session bring yourself into a relaxed state and then allow you to experience the session. We aim for anything between 30 minutes to one hour or until you feel its time to end.
The Therapist will gently place the crystals over your chakras center points and his hands 5-6 inches above your body, channeling Reiki energy into your body through his hands and the crystals on your body.
How Will It Feel
Before the session I will start channeling the energy and start the session, You will be lie down or sitting on a comfortable chair/therapy table to begin your Crystal Reiki healing session.
During a typical session the client feel rested, relaxed, a sense of well being and peace, pain relief and better sleep.

Once you learn to connect deeply with your inner being with the help of Crystal Reiki Therapy, your entire attitude towards yourself and your perception of life will naturally guide you to your optimum life style slowing down and reversing aging.
Tips For Self Care After Treatment
At the end of the session, gently bring yourself back to awareness and to your current issues and intentions you set for your session. Stay open to all emotions and let your intuition guide you to better deal with the areas of your life in need of healing or balancing.
Be gentle with yourself! Your body is working hard healing itself
Drink plenty of water for the next 48 hours (at least 1.2 Liter per day)
Your body may be detoxing, so you may notice symptoms such as fatigue or headaches, which is normal. Increase water intake if this occurs
You may feel tired, so allow time to rest
Practice good general self-care
Follow any special instructions given by your practitioner.
How many treatments will I need?
There is no limit to the number of Crystal Reiki sessions you can have. This is a therapy for you to have throughout life as part of your well-being and a healthy life style.
If you are unwell or extremely stressed a daily session for the first week can create profound change. Most people find that a session every week or so is beneficial and then begin to space out sessions to bi-weekly and then monthly.
The effects of Crystal Reiki are cumulative. The more Crystal Reiki you do, the more improvements you will see in various areas that go beyond the mere alleviation of physical ailments – they include mental stability and emotional balance, and personal growth in many ways.

Are There Any Side Effects?
